Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be assisting on customer daily issues in a timely manner while delivering an amazing customer experience. It is important to understand the communication arts and preferably to have some basic entry-level IT skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer's daily support tickets in a timely manner with high satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyse facts about customer issues, and collaborate with the T2 escalation team to successfully resolve the issue for customer.
  • Will travel to customer's place on the same regional or outstation other state.
  • Support on the pre-sales process and attend sales meeting with sales representative.
  • Amazing verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner, proficient in understanding and absorb new information.
