Responsibilities

  • Providing 1st and 2nd level IT on‑site and remote support to employees in several countries.
  • Supporting Windows systems and services: Desktops, Printers and Servers.
  • Supporting and ensuring maintenance of IT infrastructure: Wireless/wired networks, passive/active network devices and LAN/WAN services.
  • Supporting and ensuring maintenance of company IP telephone system, end user phones, fax, etc.
  • Diagnosing and resolving ongoing hardware/software issues.
  • Carrying out periodic updates of the operating systems or applicable software.
  • Effectively participating in local and global projects.
  • Having responsibility for the maintenance and update of hardware inventories and software licenses.
  • Contributing to the creation/change of documentation, knowledge base, and manuals, as well as participating and supporting knowledge sharing, as part of a Global IT team.
