As the IT Support Specialist, you will provide first-level support to all staff and assist the IT Department with maintenance and operational duties. This is a permanent full-time role based onsite at our Burlington head office (Mainway). Typical hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Eastern Time, though some flexibility may be required as assigned to support in other time zones or for special events.
