Responsibilities


•Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems for end users.

•Monitor and respond quickly to requests received through our internal task order system.

•Responsible for the maintenance and operations of computer systems and networks.

•Responsible for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Exchange site maintenance and operations

•Assume other duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Preferred
•Desire to support local users in a helpdesk role; experience preferred, but training is provided.
•Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

•Ability to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment.

•Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business functions.

•Strong analytical skills to determine effective approaches to business solutions.

•Organization and problem-solving skills.
