Requirements:
- Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows workstations and servers
- Experience with SCCM (application deployment, updates, OS deployment)
- Experience with Intune (Autopilot, profiles, applications, MDM, security baselines)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch), and Active Directory
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms (Citrix, VMware)
- Remote user support and documentation skills
