Want to work in a fun environment with a fast-growing local IT Services Provider? We are looking for an experienced new team member who can help support and troubleshoot complex Windows server environments and networks. You will work closely with end users and team members to solve problems on a daily basis and keep the support team focused and prioritized.
- Complete the profile and test, takes about 20 minutes.
Our Support Desk Technicians are ambassadors of great support for our clients providing:
- Rapid Response for our 50+ customers
- Remote Support on a variety of tools, hardware and software
- Updated Documentation of our clients' technical environment.
