Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (PH Time)
Overview
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (Level 2) to provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems. You will handle escalated issues, document all activities, and ensure a great support experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Provide Level 2 support for hardware, software, network, and cloud systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues.
- Assist with Microsoft 365, Windows, Mac, network, and peripheral device issues.
Ticketing & Documentation
- Manage and update support tickets in HaloPSA (ARMM tool).
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Keep records of Microsoft 365 system changes and configurations.
