Job Description

The IT Support Specialist at EMERGE GROW OVERCOME plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our technology infrastructure. This position is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal teams, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining system uptime. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience, a strong customer service orientation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing directly to our mission of helping everyone emerge stronger, grow continuously, and overcome challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to all employees.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents pertaining to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and core business applications.

  • Manage user accounts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access rights across various systems.
