Job Description
The IT Support Specialist will provide **on-site and remote IT support** in Riyadh. The role supports day-to-day IT operations, ensures system availability, and maintains secure, reliable IT services
+ Provide **first- and second-level IT support** to PMCM project staff for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and site IT equipment.
+ Install, configure, and maintain **hardware, software, operating systems, and project applications** used on RCRC projects.
+ Support and troubleshoot **network connectivity, internet, VPN access, email systems, and remote connections** .
+ Manage **user accounts and access rights** in coordination with PMCM and RCRC IT requirements.
+ Maintain and support **document control and collaboration platforms** (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, ProjectWise, or similar).
