- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems or related.
- Fluent English. (required)
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Office 365 (Mandatory Excel Domain)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working as an IT help desk technician or in a similar customer support role.
- VISA / Passport requiredResponsibilities
- Walk customers step-by-step through the problem-solving process
- Help with escalating hardware and software issues to the appropriate team to ensure a satisfactory solution has been reached.
