Job Description
For our customer we are looking for an Support Specialist.
The primary responsibility of the IT Field Operations - Support Specialist role is to ensure that the IT infrastructure and end-user devices in the assigned region operate smoothly-both remotely and on-site-while efficiently managing the entire hardware life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Remote Desktop Support (Level 1.5): Provide remote support for end-users, troubleshoot software and account issues, perform initial incident analysis, ticket triage, and guide users via self‑service resources.
- Technical & On‑Site Support (Level 2): Deliver on‑site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues; perform installations, configurations, imaging, and upgrades; collaborate with global IT teams to resolve complex problems.
