IT Support Specialist role at King Living. We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional to join our Technology team. You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, supporting business applications, and managing devices and network equipment across our global operations.

The Role

  • Provide responsive technical support to staff onsite and remotely, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows-based devices, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security within Microsoft 365.
  • Configure and maintain Meraki and UniFi network equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Support the rollout and operation of Teams Calling and Twilio integrations.
