Job Title:IT Support Specialist

Job Location- Toronto, ON

Pay - CAD 65,000

Working hours - 33 hours per week.

Duties

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees for computer systems, hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
  • Monitor system performance and security, and escalate issues when required
  • Assist in maintaining internal IT systems and AI-related tools
  • Document problems and resolutions for future reference
  • Coordinate with vendors and external service providers as needed
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on IT systems.
