This is an excellent role for a Help Desk Technician or IT Support Specialist looking for the next challenge. Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience working in a help desk environment (e.g., as a help desk solutions specialist, help desk analyst, help desk technician, or similar), providing internal technical support to employees
