IT Support / System Administrator

• Perform regular system health checks and audits to ensure compliance with IT guidelines and best practices.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support IT systems and infrastructure , including computers, servers, printers, POS systems, and corporate applications.
• Provide timely technical support to users across head office, clinics, outlets, and warehouse by managing and resolving incidents efficiently.
• Maintain and update IT documentation , including software licenses, asset registers, and system records.
• Manage desktop and laptop environments , including OS patching, system settings, and commonly used applications.
• Support and maintain POS systems and related hardware for clinics, outlets, and warehouse operations.
