Job Description

We are seeking a talented IT Support Technician to join our Rehmann IT Service Desk team. The IT Support Technician provides tier 1 technical support to all employees including those working from remote locations. Position reports directly to IT Service Desk Manager.

  • Software and hardware installations/troubleshooting and other related IT Technician functions
