Position Overview

An IT Support Technician is needed to provide advanced technical assistance within a fast‑paced support environment. This role serves as an escalation point for the service desk, supporting hardware, software, and networked devices through phone, ticket, email, remote tools, and hands‑on troubleshooting. The technician will assist with installations, repairs, and device deployments while maintaining strong customer service and adaptability.
