Job Description

Join Conectys’ IT team to deliver first-class end-user support in a Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 environment. You’ll troubleshoot user issues, manage devices with Intune, and help us continuously improve our service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Resolve L1/L2 tickets for Windows, M365 (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint), printing, and connectivity.
  • Provision users and devices; manage licenses and MFA in Microsoft 365/Azure AD.
  • Enroll and support devices with Intune; apply policies, apps, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate asset and ticket records; create knowledge articles.
