About The Role

The Workdry Group has seen enormous growth over recent years and is scaling up its investment in technology to drive greater customer engagement and operational efficiency. Due to this we are recruiting an additional IT Support Technician to help support our current IT Helpdesk Team. You'll provide technical support to end-users, maintaining hardware and software deployed to end users, whilst ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT environment, and liaising with infrastructure support were required. Main Responsibilities include:
  • Provide helpdesk support for all computer users covering all Workdry systems, software, hardware, cybersecurity, general computer operation, logging calls placed with external support companies when necessary.
