About the Role

We are seeking a Level 1 IT Support Technician to join our team. This is a junior-level role focused primarily on user configuration and support in Active Directory and Microsoft 365. The technician will work closely with a small U.S.-based team of engineers, providing technical support and assisting with IT operations.

This is a great opportunity for early-career IT professionals to grow their technical skills, gain hands-on experience, and learn from experienced business and support engineers in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage users in Active Directory
  • Configure and manage users in Microsoft 365 (M365)
  • Perform remote application deployment
  • Provide Level 1 technical support to users
