Requirements

Must have:

- GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent - Basic IT qualification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals) - Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Confident explaining IT concepts to non-technical users - Full UK driving licence (required for travel between sites) - ITIL Foundation, Network+, or further IT certifications (desirable) - Experience in education, charity, or multi-site environments (desirable) - Familiarity with cloud/SaaS systems and helpdesk software (desirable)
