Title: IT Support Technician II

Location: Englewood, CO (Onsite)
Duration: 7 Months (Temp to Hire)
Hours: 40 hours/week | 8 hours/day
Max Pay Rate: $33/hr

About the Role

The IT Support Technician II will provide onsite desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform setup, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, and break/fix for computers, peripherals, and related IT equipment.
  • Execute moves/adds/changes and assist with integration of new and existing technologies.
  • Provide basic network support to ensure connectivity for desktops and networked devices.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on IT hardware and audio‑visual conferencing systems.
