IT Support Technician – Leicester – £18,000 – £21,000

Due to growth and internal promotion in the IT support team. My client is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to join them. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Leicester. Due to the size of the company national travel to other sites will be required.

You will require the following:

  • Experience within an IT focused role
  • Experience working with Windows operating systems and Office 365
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding of networking and servers
  • Experience with Help desk software
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Essential )

    • The main purpose of this position is to provide internal support across the business on software and hardware related issues. You will be joining an existing team of 4 dealing with queries on the phone, e-mail and face to face.
