About the Company
The Role: Reporting to the IT Associate Director, the IT Support Technician will act as the first point of contact for all day-to-day IT support requests across the business. You will aim to resolve issues remotely, over the phone, or in person, escalating where appropriate. The role is primarily focused on end-user and desktop support, with opportunities to gain experience in server, network, and Microsoft cloud technologies as the IT function continues to develop. This role will include occasional travel to other sites and out-of-hours support when required.
About the Role
Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Act as 1st line support for all IT-related issues in line with internal service level agreements (SLAs)
- Log, track, update, and manage support requests via the internal ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
