Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Technician with skills in maintenance and administration of computer systems networks, and security. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work well in a team, providing technical support.
You will be providing local Helpdesk support in Madrid. Functionally attached to our head office in Paris, you will benefit from their support regarding training and the implementation of process and tools
What are the main responsibilities?
- Hardware and software maintenance in Windows and MacOS environments.
- Network debugging.
- Diagnosis and repair of devices and peripherals.
- On-site and remote support for issue resolution.
- Documentation and organization of the technology assets.
- Advising on the purchase and renewal of technological equipment.
