This role delivers first-line technical support, maintains IT assets, and ensures reliable system performance across a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment.
This position is ideal for a self-motivated IT professional who is comfortable working independently, resolving issues hands-on, and supporting both operational staff and business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Log IT support requests accurately within the STS Helpdesk system
- Provide first-line IT support through deskside and remote troubleshooting
- Resolve hardware, software, and user access issues for employees and on-site customers
