Job Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support to end-users, including computers, mobile devices, office equipment and other peripherals.
  • Perform hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Assist in basic network troubleshooting and support, with an understanding of network structures.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Windows environments and Google Workspace applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of company IT assets and update IT documentation as required.
  • Complete assigned tasks independently and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.
  • Diagnose technical issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring minimal downtime.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of IT support or relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices.
  • Experience with IT support tools and remote troubleshooting will be an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to end-users.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with emerging technologies.
  • Flexible to provide both on-site and remote IT support when required.
  • Able to assist with ad-hoc IT projects and system upgrades.
