Description
We are looking for an experienced Tier 2 IT Support Analyst to provide advanced technical assistance. This role involves managing escalated IT issues, root cause analysis to resolve issues, project work and supporting various devices and software platforms.


Responsibilities

+ Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, applications, and end‑user systems

+ Resolve escalated issues and troubleshoot complex technical problems

+ Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune

+ Support and maintain audio‑visual systems, IP cameras, and VoIP technologies

+ Support public safety technology including Cradlepoint modems and Axon Fleet 3

+ Use and manage ITSM tools

+ Assist with hardware and software installations and asset tracking
