Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive IT Support/Facilities Lead to join our client’s team in Tralee. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all IT and facilities needs, ensuring smooth operations for our internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle technical issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Manage IT infrastructure and support ticket system.

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and provide IT training.

  • Coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relations.

  • Oversee inventory management and office logistics.

  • Drive continuous improvement in IT and facilities operations.

  • Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer service.
  • Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of IT support experience.

  • Facilities management experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
