- Guide service desk team and delegate tasks.
- Contribute to IT strategy development.
- Ensure IT contractors meet obligations; provide hands-on support.
- Administer, maintain, and develop servers for optimum performance and high availability.
- Maintain quality of desktop support for end users.
- Configure and verify backups and business continuity solutions.
- Design networks and servers for current and future needs.
- Procure and receive technology goods.
- Manage mobile devices and maintain asset register.
- Consult with internal departments on solutions.
- Manage phone system hardware and configurations.
