Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System IT Administrator to manage our

Microsoft licensing for office laptops and desktops and to lead the implementation of

infrastructure across two office buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background

in IT systems management, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in handling

Microsoft Product and licensing.


Requirements

● Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems across two office

buildings.

● Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring they can utilize technology

effectively.

● Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.

● Document internal procedures and ensure best practices in systems operations.

● Coordinate with vendors and manage service agreements to support IT operations.

● Deploy Office/Microsoft 365 Environments

● Deploy Azure AD Environments

● Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services including Enterprise and Mobility

● Architect Office/Microsoft 365 Service Environments

● Maintenance of Azure Active Directory environments including Group Policies

● Deployment of Infrastructure improvements on Client environments

● Assist in maintaining and deploying other Client applications and environments

● Leading initiatives for researching and deploying new applications

● Coordinating with organization department for their all office 365 issues and queries.

● Assist in managing Support Services and related deliverables

● Working with End-Users and Vendors to support applications and environments

● Working with Client Stakeholders on strategy and vision


Requirements:


● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar

role.

● Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing, including Office 365 and other related

software.

● Experience in setting up and managing both hardware and software for laptops and

desktops.

● Familiarity with system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

● Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Administration of Microsoft Office 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint

Online, Teams, Yammer, OneDrive for Business and others


Preferred Qualifications:


● Certifications in Microsoft technologies (such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server

or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).

● Experience in managing IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
