Job Overview: As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will provide first-line technical support for enterprise systems ensuring high availability, optimal performance and robust security. Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnostics, troubleshooting and resolution of hardware software or network connectivity issues.
