Modern Workplace & Infrastruktur

  • Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb der Modern-Workplace-Umgebung (Endgeräte, Software, Microsoft 365)
  • Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Software- und OS-Rollouts (Microsoft Intune)
  • Lifecycle-Management von Hard- und Software inkl. Evaluation, Rollout und Ersatz
  • Automatisierung von Prozessen mit PowerShell und Power Automate
  • Sicherstellung des Support-Know-hows im Team (Dokumentation, Knowledge Base)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Application Managern (SAP & Business Applications) sowie IT Security (Policies, Endpoint-Schutz, Compliance)
  • Verwaltung von Hard- und Software-Assets unter ökonomischen und ökologischen Gesichtspunkten
Support & Services
  • Mitarbeit im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen inkl. Eskalationsmanagement
