About the Role We are looking for a skilled IT Systems Engineer to support and manage our IT infrastructure, take escalations from Junior engineers, and assist with automation and scripting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (Intune, Entra ID, M365), moderate scripting skills, and experience with macOS device support. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, systems improvement, and mentoring junior IT staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the second level escalation point for issues unresolved by Junior support engineers.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced desktop, application, system, and network issues.
