Profile Requirements

  • 1–2.5 years of experience in a Systems Engineer, Desktop Engineer, or Service Desk role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (O365) administration and support
  • Experience working in a ticket-driven support environment using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
