As an IT System Support , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Install, configure, maintain, and monitor IT systems, networks, and equipment, including troubleshooting performance issues and outages
• Provide IT support by responding to service requests, resolving incidents, managing user accounts, access rights, and network connectivity
• Handle IT security matters, including vulnerability management, cyber incident response, and compliance with IT policies and security standards
• Oversee outsourced vendors, ensuring service quality and adherence to company requirements
