Responsibilities

• Establishing technical needs of customer and coordinate with specialist to propose solution
• Engage in sales and marketing activities for business growth
• Able to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on logistic automation systems
• Documenting maintenance activities, error resolutions and work performed on the systemProvide support on IT maintenance task
• Be involved in logistics planning and installation as need
