IT System/Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Understand and document business processes, workflow and user story.
• Perform checks under both functional and non-functional scopes of testing.
• Review, develop and align test plan, test cases/data, scenarios and strategies, ensure adherence to quality standards;
• Perform manual and automated testing using Tricentis TOSCA or equivalent, including preparing test data when necessary;
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts;
• Review, support and participate in functionality and technical testing such as performance testing, security, interface integration and usability testing;
• Review test reports and results of the Authority’s appointed contractors for the Authority’s systems by:
• Understanding and reviewing source codes from vendor(s) for deployment.
• Supporting and reviewing on-site acceptance and System Integration Testing (SIT); and
