IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary:

We are a creative agency looking for a Systems Administrator to manage our office infrastructure. You will be responsible for network uptime, bandwidth management, and the physical maintenance of high-performance workstations (Windows & Mac).

Responsibilities:

Network & Connectivity

• Manage office internet infrastructure (Dual-ISP setup).
• Configure and monitor Load Balancing to ensure bandwidth is distributed efficiently between upload/download tasks and general browsing.
• Troubleshoot network latency, packet loss, or downtime immediately.
• Manage local LAN, Wi-Fi access points, and switch configurations.

Hardware & Maintenance

• Windows Fleet: Maintain Heavy workstations used for 3D rendering and video editing. Perform regular stress tests, thermal monitoring, and physical cleaning (dust/fans) to prevent throttling.
