This role exists to keep client environments stable.

You focus on preventative maintenance, patch management, and infrastructure health across all clients. You work from alerts, maintenance schedules, and health reports, not from client calls or ticket noise.

If you like routine, ownership, and finishing what you start, this role fits. If you need variety, adrenaline, or constant change, it will not.
