IT Systems Administrator

IT Systems Administrator - Secaucus, NJ Brilliant Earth is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our IT team and support the reliable, secure, and optimized operation of our corporate systems and end-user technology. This role is critical in providing seamless technical support across our showrooms and corporate offices. In this role, you will handle Tier 2 escalations, manage hardware deployments, and ensure business continuity during peak operational hours.   The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with strong communication, customer service, and process-oriented thinking.

You will help design and support end-user computing products and services, manage Microsoft 365 and Okta, and drive automation and efficiency across our IT services.
