Job Description

  • Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server/ Desktop OS environments
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Coordinating with IT vendors for support activities & projects
  • Knowledge of O365 & Azure
  • Attending calls from retail stores and back office, resolve minor problems via phone or remote support and coordinate with application team to resolve issues with the defined SLA.
  • Support, monitor, maintain / replace and enhance the existing attendance system to accurately capture attendance and report into the central attendance system including coordination of development of interface from attendance system to HRMS.
