The client is looking for an entry level T Systems Analyst 1. They are initially coming in to fill in for someone on leave, but there is the opportunity to join the team full time for candidates who perform well. This is a good opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door, with growth potential on the team and in the company overall. The company prioritized internal growth.
The IT Systems Analyst I provides technical support for the client side, acting as an escalation group for the client-facing team (Sys Analyst is NOT client facing). They perform system monitoring, handle Tier 1 and 2 items, change management and incident processes, and implement automation and self-healing solutions. Responsibilities include application support, troubleshooting, reporting, and collaborating with Product Management, Development, QA, and Engineering teams.
