IT Systems and Operations Group Lead (Manager)

SUMMARY

The position is responsible for overseeing the operation, improvement, and new development of IT infrastructure and business systems for stores and headquarters nationwide, leading the process from IT strategy formulation to system design, development, and implementation.

This position requires understanding retail-specific business systems such as POS, inventory, e-commerce, and customer management systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promotion of system and data integration (API design and construction, etc.)

• Ensure that the latest master data and numerical data are properly linked and updated across all systems.

• In the event of system malfunctions, minimize operational impact and enable rapid resolution of incidents.

• Advance the integration of our core systems with those provided by our parent company and with warehouse systems used by warehouse companies.
