Insight Global is seeking a motivated MTS, Corporate IT professional to join a dynamic team supporting identity, devices, SaaS platforms, and end-user operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, collaboration, and a willingness to learn while working within established systems and processes. You will provide reliable, hands-on IT support for both in-office and remote employees, efficiently resolving Help Desk tickets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver IT support for employees across remote and onsite environments; resolve Help Desk tickets promptly.
• Manage and support MDM fleet for macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.
• Provide onsite assistance for basic network troubleshooting and A/V systems.
