Responsibilities

• To monitor the progress of a call from escalation into the 3rd line queue to resoluti
• onTo close a minimum number of tickets per d
• ayTo assist 1st / 2nd line teams, IT Engineering and other IT teams in problem solvi
• ngEscalate tickets / problems to the Head of Systems and Infrastructure using predefined procedures where the resolution falls outside agreed targe
• tsTo proactively monitor business systems and infrastructure with an aim to fix problems before the business notic
• esWork with 3rd party suppliers escalating problems and changes requir
• edBuild and configure Corporate IT systems to pre-defined specifications and ensure adherence to task lis
