IT Systems Manager

Requirements

Must have:

- Proven experience in managing enterprise-level IT systems with expertise in server management, network security, and systems engineering. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, and Microsoft Windows Server environments. - Hands-on experience with ITIL framework principles. - Project management experience. - Demonstrated leadership skills with supervisory experience overseeing technical teams or projects. - Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex systems issues critically and implement innovative solutions.
