IT & Systems Manager (Portfolio Operations)

Location: Remote (India preferred, US time zone overlap required)

Reports to: Head of Portfolio Operations

Compensation: $30,000 - $60,000 USD annually

What you‘ll do

• Implement and configure SaaS platforms (e.g. Salesforce/Ramp) during M&A integrations (under the supervision of the M&A Integration Manager).
• Coordinate with vendors on implementations. You‘ll run kickoff calls, track timelines, and troubleshoot when things break.
• Execute data migrations when we acquire a company. Customer data, user accounts, financial records, all moving between systems.
• Maintain documentation of our tech stack: what software each portfolio company uses, license counts, renewal dates, vendor contacts.
