IT Systems Officer

Responsibilities:

 Independently research, design, develop, and deploy solutions to meet organizational needs.
 Implementing security measures to protect data and IT systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
 Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance.
 Assist manager to lead or co-lead various IT projects.
 Log monitoring for security threats and abnormality.
 Providing technical support to staff and resolving IT-related issues promptly.
 Perform incident management and problem management.
 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize functionality and user experience.
 Official as backup personnel to the IT Support Office for vessel.
