Job Description: System Administrator

Location: Gurugram (Travel to Jaipur twice a month)

Experience: 1-2 Years

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac systems (hardware & software).

- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.

- Coordinate with the Chennai IT team for dialer setup and SIM configurations.

- Manage system upgrades, patches, and security updates.

- Provide user support and maintain documentation of IT processes.

- Maintain inventory of IT assets.

- Perform regular backups and support disaster recovery planning.

- Manage Wi-Fi and coordinate with coworking partners to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
